Use of Website

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
• Information provided must be accurate and complete.

Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in INR and inclusive/exclusive of GST (as applicable).
• Product images are for reference; slight variations in color/texture may occur due to handcrafted nature.

Orders & Payments

• Payments are accepted via PayU Money, Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, NetBanking, Wallets.
• All transactions are encrypted and secured.
• We do not store or share your card/bank details.
• In case of failed transactions, amount (if debited) will be auto-refunded within 5–7 business days.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped within the timelines stated in our Shipping Policy.
• Delays may occur due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances.
