Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, here’s how we handle returns/refunds:

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. 
  • Non-Returnable: Customized or sale items are not eligible. 
  • Process: Email us at support@klaycraft.com with your order details. 
  • Refunds: Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
  • Damaged Products: If you receive a broken/damaged item, notify us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll arrange replacement/refund.
